Our Story

Seeds of Light – Light Up Childhood through Art is a student-led charitable project established by a group of passionate individuals studying in Singapore. Our project aims to ignite creativity and inspire children in underprivileged rural areas of Yunnan Province, China, through the power of art.

Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance educational environments, promote holistic education, and foster youth leadership by engaging students in Singapore to take part in meaningful service-learning experiences. Through our initiatives, we aim to create sustainable social impact and bring joy to the lives of these children.

    Seeds of Light – Art & Learning Festival brings three days of creativity, movement, and music to a rural primary school in Yunnan, China. Led by student volunteers from Singapore, the festival rotates pupils through age-appropriate art, music, and sports workshops—confidence, teamwork, and joy.
